Welcome to 24hrsministore. We are always working hard to bring you a great selection of name brand cosmetics at the very best prices.
Please Note: Due to the nature of our stock - store closeouts, overstock etc., packages may show handling wear, sticker wear, etc. and occasionally, items you receive may look slightly different then those pictured but the product should still be the same.

The majority of products are shipped as they are pictured (ie. packaged items are shipped in packages, loose items are shipped loose, etc.)
All items are guaranteed new and unused.

All food products are PRE-ORDER unless clearly stated stock in hand. For this moment we don't keep any stocks to keep the freshness and quality of the products.

All cosmetic and fabric products are READY STOCK

For food products the postage cost depends on weight and negotiation.

For cosmetic products please add Rm 4 for Sabah & Sarawak.

For food section, we also accept order less than min order as stated but with different price.

Payment:

For meanwhile we only accept payment by cash deposit or online transfer to our local bank accs:
a) Maybank
b) Cimb
c) Public Bank

Deposit 60 % is needed after confirmation and have to pay within 3 days. If not we assume you are not interested in our products. We also happy if you are willing to pay full price;)

Once you have paid the payment please contact us and show the proof of payment.

100 % deposit is needed for bulk order.

Shipment and delivery

1) Courier by Pos Laju or other private courier services. The cost will be charged to buyers. Most of the items will send directly from my kampung. Other options may acceptable with negotiation (for bulk order only).

2) Pls allow us to prepare the products within a week or less since we are not keeping any stocks.We will send out immediately the products once full payment received and the products are ready.

3) No return or refund unless it has proven done by our mistake.

4) Tracking No. will be provided to customer by email/sms and published in the blog.

5) We are not responsible for any damage, delay or loss of the products once we courier it. But we will ensure the product is in a good condition and proper packing before any delivery done.
